Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan urged US President Donald Trump to continue talks with Iran and offered Turkey's support for the diplomatic process.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan separately discussed with his Iranian counterpart efforts to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and maintain the US-Iran ceasefire.
