U.S., Damascus accuse Israel of striking Syrian airbase...

Syria and the United States accused Israel of conducting airstrikes on a runway and storage facilities at Abu al-Duhur Airbase in northwest Syria. U.S. officials expressed concern over the reported attack.

Israel has not acknowledged responsibility for the strikes. The U.S. Ambassador to Turkey and special envoy for Syria commented on the incident.
